Arrived a bit later than planned to find loads of surfers and windsurfers out. Difficult to judge wind strength and forecast to drop so went with 5.3m. Well overpowered in the gusts plus chop on the wave face made for a challenging time. Fell off in the impact zone and got washed in. Got out back and then struggled to water start totally overpowered so came in for a breather.

Could have changed down to 4.7, but then everyone packed up so called it a day. Not my best session - frustrating as some were ripping it up - think I needed a smaller board and sail to deal with the conditions.
